The C. Alvin Bertel Memorial Award, given posthumously to the late George S. Dinwiddie, is received here by Mrs. Dinwiddie from last year's recipient, Governor John J. McKeithen. The award is from the New Orleans Traffic and Transportation Bureau and was made Wednesday at a Roosevelt Hotel luncheon.
