Participating in graduation exercises for the ninth cadet class of civilian police last night are, from left, graduates Guy Constanza, Ronald Abboud, Joseph Darcy and Supt. Joseph I. Giarrusso. Twenty three civilian auxiliary police cadets were graduated and 26 auxiliary policemen given warrants of promotion in exercises last night at the New Orleans police academy, 958 Navarre.
