Description
A scroll plaque is presented to Louis A. Cottrell (right), president of the Musicians Local 496, by the Louisiana Heart Association for his support of the annual Heart Fund Jazz Jamboree which raised $3,000 for the fund. Making the presentation at the Pan-American Life Insurance Company building is Donald McLellan, cochairman of the 1965 Orleans Parish Heart Fund. Also participating in the ceremony was Miss Helen Arlt, president of the New Orleans Jazz Club.
