C. Edmond Condrain Jr. was elected president of the Carrollton Business Men's Association, Inc., Monday night. Other officers elected were: William J. Counce, J.B. Leberto, Paul Ramos, John R. Simmons Jr. and E. Kirk Mattle, vice-presidents; James B. Livaudais, treasurer and David E. Lester Sr., secretary.
