Postmaster Paul V. Burke displays an enlargement of a special 6 cent postage stamp commemorating 50 years of service to the handicapped by Easter Seal Societies throughout the country. Present for a preview of the stamp in Burke's office were Mrs. Vern Easterling and Armand LeGardeur, national Easter Seal delegates from Louisiana. The stamp will go on sale Thursday in Columbus, Ohio. It will go on sale here Friday.
