While embattled promoters try to undo legal roadblocks, these youths set up campsites at McCrea, Lousiana, Sunday, hoping for the best.The question of using the McCrea area for "Celebration of Life" rock festival was scheduled for a hearing in Baton Rouge Monday by U.S. District Court Judge E. Gordon West.
