Presenting a plaque to John W. Clark (right), chosen Louisiana's "Maritime Man of the Year," is J.B. Rucker, past president of the Propeller Club, Port of New Orleans. Clark, president of Delta Steamship Lines, was honored at a National Maritime Day banquet at the Roosevelt Hotel Saturday.
