Gladly accepting the marked score of "El Pessebre," featured work at the New Orleans Philharmonic Symphony Tuesday night, from cab driver Ralph W. Swafford (left) is Joan Alaveedra, poet and author of the lyrics for the piece. The score of conductor and composer Pablo Casals was left in the trunk of a taxi cab and was not recovered until almost 45 minutes after the late starting performance had begun. The audience never knew.
