Looking over one of the paintings that may be entered in the fourth annual Jefferson Arts Festival, to be held next April 22-May 4 at Oakwood Shopping Center, are (from left) Edward F. Jenison, chairman, and Mr. and Mrs. Weldon Campbell, members of the planning committee. The festival, to be sponsored by the Jefferson Cultural Council, will be a national show, open to all adult artists in the United States. Cash prizes will be offered.
