Looking over one of the paintings that may be entered in the fourth annual Jefferson Arts Festival, to be held next April 22-May 4 at Oakwood Shopping Center, are (from left) Edward F. The festival, to be sponsored by the Jefferson Cultural Council, will be a national show, open to all adult artists in the United States. Cash prizes will be offered.
