Michael Carubba was installed as president Monday night of the New Orleans Music Teachers Association at the Andrew Jackson Restaurant. Other officers include William Gillock, first vice-president; Mrs. Ruth Seale, second vice-president; Miss Alice Zaeringer, corresponding secretary; Miss Betty A. Chouest, recording secretary and Ted Frank treasurer.
