Mrs. Euga A. Campbell of Homer, La., is to retire as national president of the American Legion auxiliary at the auxiliary's forthcoming convention in New York City. She will be succeeded by Mrs. Eve Ashton of Vernal, Utah. Mrs. Campbell here holds American and Legion flags during a press conference after her arrival in New York.
