1969 Press Photo Raymond Bryne reads a letter from Florida Governor Claude Kirk

Capt. Raymond Bryne, 932 Bourbon, reads a letter from Florida Gov. Claude Kirk. Bryne wrote to Kirk to protest the Florida Safety Department's requirement that a young motorized wheelchair invalid obtain a driver's license. Thanks to Bryne, the youth did not have to get the license.
