Summer "Pops" conductor Milton Bush, holding scores, discusses this weekend's concerts with Bill Miller, whose Bill Miller Singers will make their debut on the Friday and Saturday concerts at Municipal Auditorium. Singers in the background are Gail Rubin, Ray Legendre and Jean Doherty. Vocalist Frankie Laine will be guest star of the final "Pops" programs of the season, to begin at 8:30 p.m.
