1955 Press Photo Oath of office led by Judge Lee McCune to John Charles Boutall

The oath of office for the judgeship of the newly created Section C of the 24th Judicial District court was administered Thursday to Judge Charles Boutall (right) by District Judge Lee W. McCune. The new post, created by legislative act, increased to three the number of judgeships in the judicial district. Judge Boutall, an attorney, was unopposed in his candidacy for the new office.
