McNamara to Senator Kenneth Keating, Republican, New York, tonight to document the administration's claim that Russian offensive missile sites in Cuba have been dismantled. The Defense Department says this picture shows the San Cristobal medium range ballistic missile Number 3 after the facility was disabled on agreement with President Kennedy after the Cuban blockade.
