Vice Admiral Means Johnston (second from left) was a guest of International Trade Mart Monday during a regular inspection of naval facilities in New Orleans. Also shown are (from left) Captain J.W. Clark, president of ITM; Rear Admiral Robert E. Riera, commandant of the Eighth Naval District and Basil J. Rusovich, vice president of ITM. Johnston said that Vice Admiral Damon W. Cooper, to command the new unified Naval Reserve Command here at the Naval Support Activity, should arrive soon after the first of the year from his Pacific command.
