Captain Howard Levy is followed by Lt. Colonel Jode Wilson, provost marshal, during Levy's transfer from Ft. Jackson, South Carolina to the Army prison at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, today to complete at hard labor, a three-year sentence for disobedience and disloyalty. Levy was confined in private quarters--with a television and telephone--since he was sentenced last June 3, but an Army spokesman said at Leavenworth he will be stripped of his rank and will be assigned to "hard labor."

Photo is dated 1967.

Photo measures 8 x 9 inches.
