1952 Press Photo Brigadier General Charles Colson took command of Koje POW camp

Brigadier General Charles F. Colson (above) took command of the Allied war prisoner camp at Koje Island off the South Korean coast, after Red prisoners seized the commandant. Brigadier General Francis T. Dodd Wednesday. General Dodd is being held as a hostage by the prisoners. In exchange they are demanding "phones, permission to organize, writing paper and some other things."
