Weldon M. Talley of Metairie was installed as a member of the National Council of Administration of the Veterans of Foreign Wars at the national convention held here last week. Talley, a member of Metry Post 6640, is a past Louisiana state commander, and has served for two years on the National Americanism Commitee. In his new post Talley will represent V.F.W. District Nine consisting of Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas.
