SWAT member takes NOPD armored personnel carrier out for spin --- New Orleans SWAT team member Vincent Tumminello found few drivers ready to challenge him when he took the NOPD's armored personnel carrier out for a spin Wednesday on Moss Street. Tumminello said the amphibious vehicle is taken out every two weeks or so to keep the engine in running shape.
