Running - The Annual Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics passed through the streets of Kenner today. Representatives from the Kenner Police Department started their run at the Kenner/St. Charles parish line. The run started in Shreveport several days ago and ends in New Orleans, today. Louisiana Special Olympics will take place this weekend.
