1959 Press Photo Lt. C.J. Stouff and Sgt. Joseph Rohr look over drivers' license

Looking over a batch of drivers' license taken from violators Tuesday are Sgt. Joseph Rohr and Lt. C.J. Stouff of the police traffic squad. Police began taking up licenses under provisions of a new law which allows a driver to avoid posting bond on a violation charge if he gives the arresting officer his license. He can keep driving until his case is decided. Then his license is returned.
