Description
St. Bernard Parish Police Jury President Valentine Riess, is presented a plaque at the annual banquet of the St. Bernard Parish Council, Chamber of Commerce of the New Orleans Area, for 38 years of continuous service. C. Earl Colomb acted as chairman for the affair, and Leander H. Perez Sr., the lifelong friend of Riess, was the principal speaker.
