Washington: President Carl G. Strandlung of the Lustran Corporation, testifying (above) before a Senate Banking subcommittee RFC loans to the defunct Corporation admitted that he "purchased the name" of Senator Joseph R. McCarthy for a housing booklet and didn't care whether McCarthy actually wrote it or not.
