Patricia Sheppard, with an assist from her young brother, Larry, packs for her trip to Washington, D.C., where she will be presented the Presidential Medallion for being selected a Presidential Scholar. President Johnson will make the presentation at the White House Tuesday. Patricia is the daughter of Major and Mrs. Ralph O. Sheppard of Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. She is a graduate of Biloxi High School.
