Mrs. Ballard B. Smith Jr., coordinator for the New Orleans Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation's door-to-door funds appeal scheduled for this Sunday, meets with D.r Charles C. Sprague, right, 1966 campaign chairman; and J. Randolph Gregson, chapter vice-president, Called the "March of the Life Brigade," the appeal will be conducted by volunteer housewives throughout the city to aid research against hemophilia, or "bleeders disease," especially in children.
