New Orleans educator today charged that "most adults seem to be talking out of both sides of their mouths" on the matter of sex education for their children. He said that although parents denounce immorality, many of them permit early dating by their children, forgetting that "adolescents have intense sexual drives that will be aroused even more strongly by constant dating."
