Smoke pours from burning trash to cover road, fog would hold smoke close to ground. Fog has begun troubling early morning motorists coming into New Orleans along Gentily Highway. The small patches were reminders of the blinding smog (a combination of smoke and fog) that sometimes brought traffic to virtual halt about this time last year.
