Four top leaders of the 1968 March of Dimes campaign to fight birth defects were announced today by James E. Fitzmorrs Jr., campaign chairman. Claude "Monk" Simons Jr. will be business and commerce chairman for Metropolitan New Orleans, John D. Cieutat will be special events chairman, Floyd Guillot has been named business solicitations chairman, and Tiley McChessney will be bank chairman. Total goal for the drive will be $130,000.
