Waiting with his dog, Tiger, for Saturday's big event is 20 year old James Selby who will be graduated at the head of his arts and science class at Tulane University. Selby, a resident of New Orleans for the past six years, has been blind since he was 10, but feels that his handicap will not prevent him from leading a productive life. he plans to become a college professor.
