February is the National Congress of Parents and Teachers' 65th birthday, Mrs. R.D. Cosgrove, has written a lively musical, "What Makes Polly Tick?" to celebrate. She is directing the P-TA musical and will sing and dance in the chorus when it premieres in the school auditorium at 1:30 p.m.
