A portrait of the late Dr. Oscar Creech Jr., former dean of the Tulane University School of Medicine as well as chairman of the Surgery Department, was presented Friday to the medical school in ceremonies which preceded the meeting of the Tulane Medical Alumni Study Club. From left are Dr. John J. Walsh, dean of the medical school, who accepted; Dr. Edward S. Lindsey, secretary-treasurer of the Oscar Creech Surgical Society, who presided at the ceremonies; Dr. Keith Reemtsma, University of Utah, guest speaker, and Dr. Herbert B. Wren, Texarkana, Arkansas, president of the Oscar Creech surgical Society, who made the presentation.
