But in many cases, it must be a particular kind of machine. It must be portable with a movable pedal that you can use with either your hand or foot. And thatE™s the why of the gift the local Altrusans are giving to the occupational therapy department of the rehabilitation unit of the Tulane medical school Tuesday.
