The deputy ambassador from India to the United Nations asserted here Friday that Red China and Pakistan have entered into a "marriage of convenience" in conspiracy against his country. Narendra Singh, in an interview at the Lafitte Guest House, said that such agreements as Pakistan's boundary treaty with China are indicative that "the Chinese want to use Pakistan against us, and you can be sure that at their earliest convenience, they will do just that.
