Humble Oil and Refining Company - M.A. Wright at Luncheon. The chairman of the board of the Humble Oil and Refining Company here Monday singled out labor as the segment of our society which is doing least to fulfill its role in eliminating poverty in this country. M.A. Wright, speaking at the Top Management Day luncheon of the Chamber of Commerce of the New Orleans Area, explained that the "elimination of poverty will require the specialized and concerted efforts of government, business and labor."
