International trade mart was host Thursday to Argentina's ambassador to the United States, Alvaro C. Alsogaray (center) as part of his two-day, trade promotion visit to New Orleans. With him are General L. Kemper Williams, (left, honorary consul of Monaco, and Dr. Alton Ochsner, chairman of the city's international relations committee. The three are shown in the Plimsoll Club, where Alsogaray was a luncheon guest.
