Railroader J.E. Wolfe - The chief spokesman for the nation's railroads announced in New Orleans today the railroads will put into effect as soon as possible labor economics recommended by a presidential commission. J.E. Wolfe of Chicago made the announcement after the heads of five railroad-operating unions in Cleveland rejected a government offer to arbitrate the deadlocked dispute over the number of men to operate the trains.
