1969 Press Photo Delegates with horse Stingray at New Orleans Charity Horse Show

Winner of the Roadster Championship Stake award in the 24th annual New Orleans Charity Horse Show Sunday at the New Orleans Fair Grounds was a horse named Stingray, driven by Dale Milligan. At left is Cadet Bruce Razza who escorted Mrs. Arthur Aitken to present the trophy. The ringmaster, (between Razza and Mrs. Aitken), is Emmett Stone.
