Miss June Sokolov, Morgan Walker, Mrs. R.D. Cloninger. A panel discussing crippled children today were in complete accord on one premise. The crippled child is not necessarily handicapped. And that postulate, they all agreed, is basic. The discussion was held at the third annual meeting of the Louisiana chapter of the National Society for Crippled Children in The St. Charles.
