Raymond Shafer, right, Republican gubernatorial candidate, and Pennsylvania GOP State Chairman Craig Traux. "I've been a Kennedy guy all my life, but I'm sick of hearing people say a candidate has got to be in the Kennedy image to win in politics. "How many people are there who have it?" The mild indignation came from Joseph Napolitan, top professional campaign adviser to Milton Shapp, Democratic nominee for governor of Pennsylvania against Republican Lieutenant Governor Raymond Shafer.
