Louis Wolfort with Dog Perk's Black Queen and Puppies. Owner Louis Wolfort III, 1308 Francis Ave., tends to be Perk's Black Queen, which had 15 puppies Friday in a 10-hour delivery. The Labrador retriever was mated with field champion Chief Black Feather, of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, through the facilities of the River Road Kennels in St. Rose.
