3 Catholic Mothers Get Awards. Three mothers were honored at services at St. Louis Cathedral Friday night, closing the 22nd annual convention of the Family Life Bureau of the National Catholic Welfare Conference. Archbishop Rummel presented the "Catholic Mother Award" to Mrs. Phiip P. Cazale, Mrs. J. Andrew Rahlinger and Mrs. Ethel Johnson Young.
