Mrs. Teresa J. Young of New Orleans was elected president of the Louisiana Association of Medical Assistants during the seventh annual convention at the Monteleone Hotel. Other officers elected were Miss Diane B. Cook, Baton Rouge, president-elect; Mrs. Ida Love, Baton Rouge, vice-president; Miss Beverly M. Peters, New Orleans, secretary; and Mrs. Claudia Pittman, Monroe, treasurer.
