A portrait of the late Leo W. Seal, former president of Hancock Bank, Gulfport, Mississippi, which was presented by friends of the late Mr. Seal to the bank, is displayed by Clayton Rand (left), representing the donors, and Leo W. Seal, Jr., president of the bank, who accepted the gift. The portrait is by Mrs. Hunter S. Kimbrough of Bay St. Louis. She is known professionally as Dodge-Kimbrough.
