Heinz R. Schubert, formerly assistant manager of the City Club in Baton Rouge, has been named assistant manager of the New Orleans Athletic Club. Schubert, a native of Germany, will serve under managing director Irwin F. Poche Sr. Schubert is a graduate of La Salle University in Chicago in personnel management and business administration.
