Cadet Sewell Oertling of the 1836 Reserve Officers' Training Corps Cadet (s) attending the General Military Science ROTC Camp at Fort Sill Oklahoma. The cadets began their training on 17 June 1963. At this stage of the program most of the cadets have completed marksmanship training on the Trainfire Ranger, Bayonet Drill, Tactics of the Individual Soldier, and fired the 81mm Mortar.
