Opening ceremonies will be held tomorrow for Tulane laboratory, the university's newest research facility and the first to begin operations on the new Riverside Research Laboratories of the F. Edward Hebert Center near Belle Chasse. The 364-acre center is located on the Mississippi River near English Turn Bend and is part of a former Naval ammunition depot which was transferred to Tulane by the federal government in 1963.
