A tiny, blue-eyed 13-month-old girl was under surgery today at Charity Hospital, as a team of surgeons and assistants worked with desperate skill to repair her badly damaged heart. The child is Shelly Margaret Owen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Owen of Cut Off.
