Work on the North Robertson overpass which will relieve St. Claude Avenue and Chef Menteur Highway traffic is ahead of schedule and the overpass may be finished in six weeks. Traffic soon will be flowing over the North Robertson overpass which spans the railroad tracks at Press Street. Work on the overpass may be finished in six weeks. This overpass will relieve traffic on St. Claude Avenue and Chef Menteur Highway, when it operates in conjunction with the North Claiborne overpass.
