Description
The Franklin Avenue overpass, one of the largest built so far, will be dedicated Sunday at 3 p.m. It is the eighth to be completed in the current Union Passenger Terminal-Grade Separation program. Two 30-foot roadways carry Franklin over the seven tracks of the New Orleans Terminal Company. The structure is 1240 feet long. The public is invited.
